2 tracks explained

We’d like to offer you some information about 2 of the tracks we released so far from our upcoming album. Most of our tracks are sung in the Fon language.

Maya Vio [ne pleure pas] [don't cry]
Ne pleure pas mon frère. / Don’t cry, brother.
Ne pleure pas ma sœur. / Don’t cry, sister.
Ton heure sonnera. / Your time will come.
Ne te décourage pas. / Don’t be discouraged.
Sois patient et fonce dans le travail. / Be patient and work hard.

Gansisé [le tempo] [the rhythm]
FR : Les rythmes traditionnels Toba, Zinli, Kaka… sont pour nous un héritage. Nous devons les valoriser, les préserver, car ils constituent le socle sur lequel nous devons nous baser pour développer notre pays.
EN: The traditional rhythms, as Toba, Zinli, Kaka… are our heritage. We have to develop them, to preserve them, as they represent the foundation on which we’ll develop our country.
